Mechanism of Action
Lu-177-DGUL is a lutetium-177-labeled small-molecule PSMA-targeting ligand. It binds PSMA on prostate cancer cells and delivers cytotoxic beta radiation, paired diagnostically with the gallium-68 imaging agent Ga-68-NGUL as a theranostic pair.
