Mechanism of Action
An Evans-blue (EB) modified ¹⁷⁷Lu-labeled somatostatin analog that binds albumin to prolong circulation, markedly increasing tumor uptake and retention of beta-emitting radiation at SSTR2-expressing neuroendocrine tumor cells versus conventional ¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTATATE.
