Mechanism of Action
A lutetium-177-labeled anti-PSMA monoclonal antibody (rosopatamab) radioimmunotherapy. The antibody targets PSMA on prostate cancer cells and delivers beta radiation for sustained tumor-localized cytotoxicity, with longer tumor residence than small-molecule ligands.
