Mechanism of Action
Folate receptor alpha (FRα/FOLR1)–directed antibody-drug conjugate built on a site-specific (cell-free) conjugation platform. The anti-FRα IgG1 delivers a cleavable-linker hemiasterlin-class tubulin inhibitor (tazevibulin/SC209) payload to FRα-expressing tumor cells; internalization and payload release cause microtubule disruption, cell-cycle arrest, and apoptosis, with potential bystander killing.

- FRα-expressing platinum-resistant epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancer
- Other FRα-expressing solid tumors (e.g., endometrial)
