MC2 TCR T cells — Investigational Agent

Mechanism of Action
This therapy uses autologous T cells transduced with a T-cell receptor specific for the cancer-testis antigen MAGE-C2 presented on HLA. The engineered TCR redirects patient T cells to recognize and lyse MAGE-C2-expressing tumor cells.
