Mechanism of Action
Humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting NKG2A, an inhibitory receptor on NK cells and CD8+ T cells that binds HLA-E overexpressed on tumor cells. Blocking NKG2A releases the HLA-E-mediated brake, unleashing NK- and T-cell cytotoxicity, and is synergistic with agents that promote HLA-E-restricted immune recognition.
