Mechanism of Action
MP0533 is a multispecific DARPin CD3 engager that simultaneously binds three myeloid leukemia antigens (CD33, CD123, and CD70) plus CD3 on T cells, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity toward AML blasts. Requiring co-expression of at least two of the three targets is designed to improve selectivity for malignant over healthy hematopoietic cells.

- Relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia
- Myelodysplastic syndrome (higher-risk)
