Mechanism of Action
A PSMA x CD28 bispecific costimulatory antibody that delivers a conditional CD28 "signal 2" to T cells engaging PSMA-positive prostate tumor cells, amplifying antitumor T-cell activity. Designed for use with CD3 engagement (e.g., cemiplimab or a CD3 bispecific) rather than as monotherapy.
