Mechanism of Action
NKTR-255 is a polymer-conjugated recombinant human IL-15 receptor agonist engineered for prolonged exposure and preserved binding to the IL-15Rα complex. It expands and activates NK cells and CD8 memory T cells to enhance innate and adaptive antitumor immunity and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
