Mechanism of Action
Fourth-generation, mutant-selective, CNS-penetrant EGFR inhibitor designed to target the C797S resistance mutation (including triple-mutant EGFR del19/L858R + T790M + C797S) that confers resistance to third-generation TKIs, while sparing wild-type EGFR.
