Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable small-molecule inhibitor of Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene B (CBL-B), an E3 ubiquitin ligase that acts as an intracellular immune checkpoint. Inhibiting CBL-B lowers the T-cell activation threshold, restores co-stimulation independence, enhances T-cell and NK-cell antitumor activity, and augments antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
