Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable bifunctional degrader that recruits the CRL4-cereblon E3 ligase to BTK, driving its ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation; also has immunomodulatory (IKZF1/3-degrading) activity, and can eliminate BTK bearing C481 and non-covalent-inhibitor resistance mutations.
