Mechanism of Action
IgG4-based fully human bispecific antibody that simultaneously binds CD20 on B-cell lymphoma cells and CD3ε on T cells, forming an immunological synapse that redirects cytotoxic T-cell killing to CD20-expressing tumor cells. The IgG4 backbone reduces Fc-mediated effector functions to limit off-target cytokine release. Step-up dosing is used to mitigate cytokine release syndrome (CRS).
