Mechanism of Action
Second-generation imipridone and the most potent ClpP agonist of the class, with combined antagonism of dopamine receptors DRD2/DRD3/DRD4. Hyperactivation of mitochondrial ClpP degrades oxidative-phosphorylation machinery and drives the integrated stress response, inducing apoptosis in CNS and neuroendocrine tumor cells.
