Mechanism of Action

Orally bioavailable, brain-penetrant, irreversible small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively targets EGFR and HER2 exon 20 insertion mutations (and atypical EGFR alterations such as G719X, L861Q, S768I) while relatively sparing wild-type EGFR, reducing on-target skin/GI toxicity and enabling CNS activity.
