Mechanism of Action
Potent, selective allosteric inhibitor of the embryonic ectoderm development (EED) subunit of Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2), blocking EZH2-mediated H3K27 trimethylation. In prostate cancer, PRC2 inhibition reprograms the epigenome to restore AR signaling dependence and counter lineage plasticity, providing rationale for combination with AR-pathway inhibitors.
