Mechanism of Action
Bispecific T-cell–redirecting antibody targeting human kallikrein 2 (KLK2/hK2) on prostate tumor cells and CD3 on T cells. KLK2 is a prostate-restricted, androgen-regulated antigen closely related to PSA, offering tumor selectivity. By cross-linking KLK2-expressing prostate cancer cells with cytotoxic T cells, pasritamig forms an immunologic synapse that triggers T-cell activation and MHC-independent tumor lysis.
