Mechanism of Action
PD-L1 t-haNK is an off-the-shelf, irradiated allogeneic NK-92-derived cell line engineered to express a PD-L1-targeting CAR, a high-affinity CD16 (FcγRIIIa) for antibody-dependent cytotoxicity, and endogenous IL-2. It kills PD-L1-expressing tumor cells directly and enhances the effect of co-administered antibodies such as cetuximab.
