Mechanism of Action
First-in-class tetravalent bispecific antibody targeting DLL3 and CD47; simultaneously engages DLL3 on neuroendocrine tumor cells and blocks the CD47 'don't-eat-me' signal to promote macrophage-mediated phagocytosis and innate immune clearance.
