Mechanism of Action
A selective oral inhibitor of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), a key enzyme in non-homologous end-joining repair of double-strand breaks, sensitizing tumor cells to radiotherapy and DNA-damaging chemotherapy.
