Mechanism of Action
Orally bioavailable selective CDK2 inhibitor. Blocks cyclin E/CDK2 kinase activity to overcome CDK4/6 inhibitor resistance driven by CCNE1 amplification/cyclin E1 overexpression, restoring cell-cycle (G1/S) control in tumors that have escaped CDK4/6 blockade.
