Mechanism of Action
Humanized anti-CEACAM5 monoclonal antibody conjugated via a cleavable linker to exatecan, a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Binds CEACAM5 on tumor cells, internalizes, and releases exatecan intracellularly to induce DNA damage and apoptosis, with bystander killing of adjacent antigen-low cells.
