Mechanism of Action
PRGN-2009 is a gorilla adenovirus-vectored therapeutic vaccine encoding HPV-16 and HPV-18 E6 and E7 oncoproteins with an immune-enhancer design. It stimulates HPV-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses to target HPV-driven tumor cells.
