Mechanism of Action
Oral selective inhibitor of protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5), disrupting symmetric dimethylation of arginine on splicing and transcriptional regulators; malignancies with splicing-factor mutations or MTAP deletion are hypothesized to be especially dependent on PRMT5.
