Mechanism of Action
B7-H4 (VTCN1)-directed antibody-drug conjugate carrying a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload via a cleavable linker. Binds tumor-expressed B7-H4, internalizes, and releases the cytotoxic payload to induce DNA damage and apoptosis, with bystander killing of neighboring antigen-low cells.
