Mechanism of Action
QLS31905 is a CLDN18.2 x CD3 bispecific T-cell engager that cross-links CLDN18.2 on gastric, pancreatic, and biliary tumor cells with CD3 on T cells, triggering polyclonal T-cell-mediated cytolysis. Activity is restricted to CLDN18.2-expressing malignant cells.
