Mechanism of Action
RC118 is an antibody-drug conjugate delivering a microtubule-inhibitor payload (MMAE) via a CLDN18.2-targeting antibody, selectively internalizing into CLDN18.2-expressing tumor cells for intracellular payload release. Bystander killing may extend activity to heterogeneous tumors.
