Mechanism of Action
A PSMA x CD3 bispecific antibody that bridges PSMA-expressing prostate cancer cells with CD3 on T cells to trigger T-cell-mediated lysis. Studied alone and combined with the PSMA x CD28 costimulatory bispecific nezastomig.
