Mechanism of Action
Fully human biparatopic (METxMET) bispecific antibody that binds two distinct non-overlapping epitopes of the MET receptor, promoting receptor internalization and degradation and blocking HGF-dependent and HGF-independent MET signaling in MET-altered/amplified NSCLC.
