Mechanism of Action
Anti-BCMA x anti-CD16A bispecific antibody (innate-cell engager) that simultaneously binds B-cell maturation antigen on malignant plasma cells and the CD16A (FcγRIIIA) activating receptor on natural killer cells and macrophages, redirecting innate immune effector cells to mediate antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity against myeloma cells.
