B7-H3-specific CAR T cells (SCRI-CARB7H3) — Investigational Agent
CAR-T Cell Therapy · Phase 1 · Seattle Children's Hospital
Mechanism of Action
Autologous T cells are engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor targeting B7-H3 (CD276), a checkpoint molecule broadly overexpressed on pediatric CNS tumors. Cells are delivered locoregionally via an indwelling intraventricular/intratumoral catheter to concentrate cytotoxic activity within the CNS and limit systemic exposure.
Investigational Indications
- Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG)
- Diffuse midline glioma (DMG)
- Recurrent/refractory pediatric CNS tumors
