Mechanism of Action
SGR-1505 is an orally administered, small-molecule inhibitor of MALT1 (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1), a paracaspase that is the enzymatic core of the CARD11-BCL10-MALT1 (CBM) signalosome. In B-cell malignancies with chronic active B-cell receptor and NF-kappaB signaling, MALT1 protease activity cleaves key regulatory substrates to sustain proliferation and survival.
