Mechanism of Action
Humanized IgG1 CD40 agonist monoclonal antibody that engages CD40 on antigen-presenting cells (dendritic cells, macrophages, B cells), licensing them to prime tumor-specific CD8+ T cells and reprogramming tumor-associated macrophages toward an anti-tumor phenotype.
