Mechanism of Action
Claudin 18.2 x CD47 bispecific antibody. The Claudin 18.2 arm targets gastric and pancreatic tumor cells while blocking the CD47 'don't eat me' signal to enhance macrophage-mediated phagocytosis; tumor-restricted CD47 blockade limits on-target hematologic toxicity.
