Other · Phase 2 · University of Washington
Mechanism of Action
STEMVAC is a multi-antigen plasmid DNA vaccine encoding epitopes from cancer stem-cell-associated antigens (including CD105, Yb-1, SOX2, CDH3, and MDM2) administered with GM-CSF. It elicits Th1-polarized CD4 T-cell immunity directed against stem-cell antigens to target minimal residual disease.
