Mechanism of Action
Fully human CD19 x CD3 bispecific T-cell engager with a low-affinity CD3 binding arm. It cross-links CD19-expressing B cells to CD3 on T cells, forming an immunologic synapse that redirects polyclonal T cells to lyse malignant B cells; the attenuated CD3 affinity is designed to preserve efficacy while reducing cytokine release syndrome.

- Relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma
- Relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma / large B-cell lymphoma
- Other B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/SLL (consolidation)
