Mechanism of Action
Survivin-targeting therapeutic peptide vaccine. The SVN53-67/M57-KLH construct is a modified survivin epitope conjugated to keyhole limpet hemocyanin and given with an adjuvant/GM-CSF, eliciting humoral and cytotoxic T-cell immunity against survivin — an inhibitor-of-apoptosis protein overexpressed in glioblastoma and other aggressive tumors but minimal in normal tissue.

- Progressing metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma
- Recurrent malignant glioma
