Mechanism of Action
Oral, potent, selective BH3-mimetic inhibitor of BCL-2 that displaces pro-apoptotic proteins to restore intrinsic apoptosis in malignant plasma cells, with particular activity in t(11;14) myeloma dependent on BCL-2.
