Mechanism of Action
SV-BR-1-GM is a whole-cell allogeneic breast cancer immunotherapy derived from a GM-CSF-engineered tumor cell line that also expresses HLA molecules, functioning as an antigen-presenting-like vaccine. It primes and activates T-cell responses against shared breast tumor antigens, often combined with checkpoint blockade.
