Mechanism of Action
TmPSMA-02 is an autologous PSMA-directed CAR-T cell product engineered with an armored/tuned design to enhance activity within the immunosuppressive prostate tumor microenvironment. Engineered T cells recognize PSMA on prostate cancer cells and mediate targeted cytotoxicity.
