Mechanism of Action
Second-generation, highly selective MTA-cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor that binds the PRMT5-MTA complex accumulating in MTAP-deleted tumors, delivering synthetic-lethal, tumor-selective PRMT5 blockade with improved potency/selectivity intended to minimize on-target hematologic toxicity.
