Mechanism of Action
PD-1 x LAG-3 dual-targeting bispecific antibody. Simultaneously blocks two inhibitory checkpoints on exhausted T cells, restoring and amplifying antitumor T-cell function more completely than PD-1 blockade alone, with a design intended to overcome LAG-3-mediated resistance.
