Mechanism of Action
TQB2868 is a bifunctional fusion protein/antibody that simultaneously blocks PD-L1-mediated immune checkpoint signaling and sequesters TGF-beta in the tumor microenvironment, aiming to reverse T-cell exclusion and restore antitumor immunity in immunologically cold GI tumors. It is being combined with antiangiogenic and cytotoxic therapy in pancreatic cancer.
