Mechanism of Action
Oral second-generation dual inhibitor of EZH2 and EZH1 methyltransferase activity, reducing H3K27 trimethylation to reactivate tumor-suppressor genes; dual targeting is designed to overcome incomplete suppression seen with EZH2-only inhibitors.
