Mechanism of Action
Oral, once-daily multi-kinase inhibitor with activity against FLT3 (including ITD and TKD/D835 resistance mutations), SYK, JAK1/2, and mutant KIT. Broad kinase coverage is intended to overcome common resistance pathways that limit selective FLT3 inhibitors and to provide activity in FLT3-wild-type AML.

- Relapsed/refractory FLT3-mutant AML
- Relapsed/refractory FLT3-wild-type AML
- Frontline AML in combination (with venetoclax/azacitidine)
