Mechanism of Action
TYRA-200 is an oral, selective FGFR2 inhibitor designed to retain activity against acquired resistance mutations (including gatekeeper and molecular-brake alterations) that limit earlier FGFR inhibitors. It targets FGFR2-driven cholangiocarcinoma with the goal of durable pathway suppression.
