Mechanism of Action
An oral FGFR3-selective inhibitor engineered to avoid FGFR1/2/4 activity and to retain potency against FGFR3 resistance mutations. The selectivity profile is intended to minimize hyperphosphatemia and diarrhea while treating FGFR3-driven urothelial cancer.
