Mechanism of Action
UCART22 is an allogeneic, gene-edited (TALEN) off-the-shelf CAR-T product targeting CD22 on B-cell malignancies. TRAC and CD52 knockouts reduce graft-versus-host disease risk and permit use of the anti-CD52 antibody CLLS52 for lymphodepletion.
