Mechanism of Action
Agonist monoclonal antibody targeting ICOS (inducible T-cell costimulator) on activated effector T cells. Selective ICOS engagement expands ICOS-high CD4+ effector T cells while sparing/depleting ICOS-high regulatory T cells, tipping the intratumoral effector-to-Treg balance in favor of anti-tumor immunity.
