Mechanism of Action
Covalent, selective small-molecule inhibitor of the WRN (Werner syndrome) RecQ helicase, exploiting the synthetic-lethal dependency of microsatellite-instability-high (MSI-H)/mismatch-repair-deficient tumors on WRN to catalyze replication-fork collapse and double-strand DNA breaks.
